Scanr does not use cookies.

What we store on your device

The app stores a small amount of data locally in your browser, but none of it is a cookie:

• Your theme preference (light or dark), in localStorage.
• Your scan history, in IndexedDB.

This data stays on your device and is not sent to us. You can remove it by clearing the app history or your browser storage.

Analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics, which measures aggregate usage without cookies and without collecting personally identifying information.

Consent

Because the service sets no cookies and uses no tracking that requires consent under the GDPR or the ePrivacy Directive, no cookie banner is shown. If tracking cookies are ever introduced, a consent banner will be added first.
